As a doctor I can confirm that knowing the problem is half the solution... So let's try honestly to point out our worst habits ... Ask yourself '' what's holding me from being my best me ?'' hmmm honestly is not a really hard a question because we all know the answer.... Our answers .... For me I think that I don't love my self enough... For a long time I thought that my value is measured with other's love towards me ... And with time I turn out to be a people pleasant... I completely lost me 💔... And my life wasn't about me anymore there are a lot of other mistakes I've made for sure but let's focus on this one this time...how did I get there ?....
